In September there are three 'Learn/Improve golf' days being held at WCGC. These days run from 9:30am to 2:30pm and during those five hours, the players in the group get the chance to develop their golf skills. So if you find it difficult to find time to have a regular time to have a series of lessons this could be the ideal way of achieving all your goals over a concentrated period of time on one day.
Monday, 8 September - Exclusive ladies only 'improve golf' day
Monday, 22 September - 'learn golf' day. Open to all players
Monday, 29 September - 'improve golf' day. Open to all players
Later on in this month on Tuesday, 23 September sees the re-launch of the Ocean BMW Golf Society, which due to my sponsorship with the company I will have the pleasure of running/organising in the future. Full details will be advertised shortly but for now the outline for the programme will be fortnightly supervised practise sessions up at Hayle Driving Range over the winter months and starting in April 2015 monthly golf days at various golf clubs across Cornwall. There are limited numbers available and naturally priority will go to owners of BMW cars, but at the same time I am sure if you would like to join us or have ever thought about purchasing a BMW car we will try our best to get you involved.
Finally, although the nights are drawing in, my quest to start/improve/maintain the levels of golfers playing this great sport, I have organised a series of beginner group lessons up at Hayle driving range on Friday nights at 7pm - 8pm starting on Friday, 26 September.
